The thyristor KGPS Induction Furnace with triple voltage adopts medium frequency melting principle. It uses a three-phase bridge, fully controlled rectifier circuit to convert alternating current into direct current, and then inverts the direct current into a single-phase, medium frequency current with a certain frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz).
The control system of medium frequency power supply is fully digital, which is able to calculate and process various signals and automatically execute all actions according to the set program. By replacing sub-relay control circuits with digital control system, equipment failure caused by poor contact of relay contact can be avoided.
