Water is then sprayed onto the hot, damp coil wall, forming a film of water. This water film absorbs heat from the coils and turns into vapor, which is then purged by the flow of air.
Any droplets which remain unevaporated fall into the collection tank, ready to be reused. In this way, the water in the coils’ circulation is efficienty and economically contained in a loop with minimal consumption, and the consumption of spray water is also minimal.
